Research Pool

CTCM can accommodate (temporary) research personnel to support the (principal) investigator. The 'Research Pool' contains for example researchers, research nurses, data entry employees and doctors. Together with the investigator, there will be a search for the best solutions regarding the staffing needs. Thereby, the duration of the study, the required skills and experience, the available budget and the expected capacity allocation will be taken into account.

This service saves the investigator time in terms of recruiting, selecting and hiring their own staff. However, the investigator will direct them and bear the responsibility for their activities during the study. The administrative tasks, the education and guidance will be handled by CTCM. Furthermore, CTCM can also arrange replacement of staff (i.e. in case of furlough or absenteeism) if desired, to avoid capacity loss.
