A Contract and Budget Manager can arrange the contract-, financial- and administrative management of your study. Transparency and control are top priority for CTCM.
- Drafting of complete and balanced budgets
- Preparing and legal screening of agreements, to ensure that all your needs, as well as those of your employer, will be met
- Negotiations with external parties for obtaining good financial conditions
- Finalizing amendments
- Processing and reviewing of invoices in accordance with the agreement
- Financial review and processing of project related materials and equipment
- Finalizing and completion of the financial study file
- Supporting financial audits
- Financial closing of the project
Projects are managed by our online system called PaNaMa. This system shows the up to date status and progress of every project and part of this is the progress of the included study subjects. The project leader, together with the research assistant is responsible for keeping this up to date. In case, it’s not filled in, invoicing can’t be done.
